Stayed at a lovely motel recently and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The owner was friendly and helpful. The motel even offered free kayaks, which was a wonderful bonus. I would recommend this place for budget accommodation.

We recently stayed at a well-appointed motel in a central location. The undercover parking for motorcycles gave us peace of mind. Our unit had a stunning beach view that was well worth the extra cost. The cooking facilities were impressive, including an oven and a BBQ on the deck. It was a comfortable and good value stay, and Graham, the host, was delightful. Although there were a few minor inconveniences, overall I would highly recommend this motel for its fantastic location and amenities.

Plenty of clean towels and good shower
No real milk ..just those horrid little potties of UHT milk and also the guy tried to put through a charge for 2 nights even though I had only booked one night, lucky I saw it just as the receipt was printed. I had just said to him I was there for the night too. Also very old and dreary fittings/furnishings. The cupboards and crockery etc smelt stale and mildewy

Right on the waterfront, with floor to ceiling windows looking straight out at Paihia bay. Just down the block from the pier and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area. Close to the beach and shops, allowing easy access to everything you need. Rooms on the ground floor with excellent views across to Russell, providing a stunning backdrop.
All was great, no improvements needed.

I got a perfectly clean and huge room with separate bathroom. The location was marvellous and lovely, to main township, and the bed exceptionally comfortable.
